… but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

Holiness should characterise the church of Christ and its members.

Summary:

  • Holiness is part of the nature of God and is evident in His inviolability.
  • Holiness is a fundamental characteristic of the church of Christ. The sacraments are one sign of this holiness.
